FAQ
Business Fibre — the details.
£1,485 covers the defined scope: schematic, up to 150 m, up to 6 points, cabinet, patch panel, PoE switch, 2–3 access points, 4G failover, certification and the 12 month SLA. Sites larger than that scope are quoted from the schematic — but the figure is fixed once you approve the drawing, not adjusted afterwards.
Yes. Evening and weekend installation is common for retail and coworking sites and is scheduled at the quotation stage. Tell us your trading pattern and we will plan the two days around it.
Either. We specify and supply the cabinet, patch panel, PoE switch and access points as standard. If you have a preferred vendor or an existing support contract, we will install and configure your equipment instead and adjust the quotation accordingly.
The documentation pack makes de-installation and reinstatement straightforward, and we can quote to recover the reusable hardware and rebuild it in the new unit. Where a landlord requires the site returned to its original state, we handle that as a separate scoped job.
The gateway and failover configuration are part of the installation. The cellular data plan itself is a service you hold with a mobile operator — we will advise on a suitable tariff and configure whichever you choose.
