Router configured, throughput measured, protocol written, cables labelled, work area cleaned. You get a short walkthrough of what is where.

FAQ
Start — the details.
For the vast majority of studios and one to two bedroom flats, yes — 30 m covers the run from the building entry point to a living room or hallway termination with slack to spare. If your route is longer, additional cable is £45 per 10 m and we tell you at survey stage, not at invoice stage.
Yes. Everything we install under Start is built to the same standard as Home Pro, so adding points, a patch panel or mesh nodes later is straightforward. We will credit the survey work if you upgrade within three months.
If you rent, or the run passes through communal areas, you will normally need written consent. We are happy to supply a route drawing and method statement to support the request — just ask when you book.
The speed protocol we hand over is measured at the delivery point, so you have hard evidence of what the installation delivers. If the number later drops and the cause is on our side of the line, the warranty covers a return visit. If the cause is your provider, the protocol is exactly what you need to prove it to them.
